Injection Molding for
Emergency Trunk Release Handles
The emergency trunk release handle that we injection
molded for Delphi was manufactured from
phosphorescent
polypropylene, a plastic that glows in the dark. It attaches to a
lock release cord that opens the trunk if someone is locked inside.

- Flame treatment
to make silkscreen ink adhere to the
phosphorescent polypropylene
